The training programming mode features 4 exercise modules: total body, upper body, lower body and abdominals, each one carrying 16 different positions, as well as manual control. The Pro Evolve features a graphic LCD display, which will guide you through each exercise position. It has a complete steel extra coated body, stable training platform and a smooth start-up. The Platform produces a vibration through which energy is transferred from the platform to the body. By standing on the Platform you will notice how your body automatically adjusts to the vibrations. This mechanical stimulus produces a stretch reflex which, depending on the selected frequency, results in muscles vigorously contracting 25 to 50 times per second.
